Detalhes do cargo:

Ensure appropriate advice is given to staff regarding Brazilian legislation, in order to avoid contingencies and penalties.

Support on complex projects as required and coordinate all corporate issues, including restructure projects; mergers; financial and tax projects etc.

Coordinate the litigation cases and provisions

Providing high quality legal service advice and support in the following fields: regulatory law, employment law, dispute resolution/ litigation, competition/anti-trust law, maritime law and corporate law.

Coordination of third parties in the legal and claims areas (law firms, lawyers, customs broker etc.) and control their respective budget

Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, financial, as well as corporate documents, as minutes, shareholders’ agreements, corporate statues, by laws, power of attorneys.

Support on the general compliance rules for the company, including anti-bribery, antitrust, code of conduct, competition law and conflicts of interest policies.

Control of company’s insurance;

Support on the control of the company’s claims and study ways to reduce it and avoid unnecessary costs;

Support on AFRMM process;

Contact with public authorities (Antaq, BNDES, ANTT, DMM etc).

O profissional desejado

Buscamos um profissional com Ensino Superior completo em Direito e registro na OAB, bem como experiência na função em empresas do ramo marítimo/ portuário;

Pós Graduação é um diferencial.

Inglês avançado para escrita e fala são mandatórios.
