Atividades:

Identify opportunities of value creation on inland operations (savings, process and service level improvements, etc);

Development of operational structure to attend current demand and also provides opportunities for new business;

Management of Special Services Tickets on SharePoint, perfoming specific analyses, leading negotiations and aligning expectations with internal clients (Sales and TnM);

Leading Projects & Negotiations based on market analysis, sustainability and long term relationship with suppliers;

Focus on intermodal savings by using strategic negotiations and market best practices;

Create opportunities to implement optimizations operations team and suppliers;

Ensure responsible and sustainable procument, mitiganting potential risks to the company;

Management of E-cargo system (corridors/ rates/ registrations, updates, etc);

Make analysis on department projects, providing all the support to make decisions;

Generate Department VMS´s (Visual Management System), reports and presentations of procurement department;

Support and assistance the validation and control of insurance letters (DDR´s) submitted by customers;

Montly calculation of insurance hired directly by the company, ensuring the payment in the agreed deadline;

Control and management of legal contracts and basic documentation of suppliers.

Buscamos um profissional com Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas correlatas e experiência em Logística;

Inglês avançado e Excel são mandatórios.
